1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Happy Gut, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscription Services

Happy Gut offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans, pricing, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Refunds and Billing

Billing and refunds are handled by Apple for iOS purchases. We do not have direct control over Apple’s billing system or refund decisions.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Happy Gut only for lawful personal use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

5. Health Disclaimer

Happy Gut is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version on this page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Gut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
